Owned & Designed 47 Shopping Centers, approximately 1.5 million square feet of Warehousing/Manufacturing Plants, 2 Office Buildings, 382 Condominium Residences, and 14 Custom Homes.
Conduct all due diligence on vacant properties for potential land development of residential and commercial projects.
Develop architectural and engineering designs for residential and commercial projects.
Worked with Government Agencies to secure property re-zoning, variances, and all required approvals for permits for construction & development activities.
Managing and documenting all construction activities from conception to completion.

Miscellaneous Construction

Built the first solar watt-wise cluster housing project in Florida in 1976.
Received Community and Chamber of Commerce Awards for refurbishing and developing a low-cost housing residential project.
Built eleven custom homes that were featured in National Architectural Digest Magazine publications.
Designed and built custom, high-energy efficient, and environmentally friendly homes.
Completed contracts with DOT, States, Counties, Waste Management, and FEMA for Emergency Services and Restoration.

Current Project

Management & Leasing of Commercial properties on the US/Mexico Border in Hidalgo.
Hidalgo Project is located on 46 acres of land adjacent to the US/Mexican Border Crossing.
The 46-acre property has approximately 100,000 square feet of retail space, an outdoor Flea-Market with 600 Vendor Stalls, and a 5-acre paid Parking-Lot.
